We firmly believe that work experience can be of enormous mutual benefit to both the individual and ourselves. However BreakThru Films is a small company with limited resources. When we make a commitment to manage a period of work experience, we need to be confident that it will be beneficial to both parties. Therefore it is essential that work experience is planned, and highly focussed on specific responsibilities and outcomes - general enthusiasm is necessary, but not sufficient.

We require that anyone applying for work experience writes and tells us about:

• How you see your educational / vocational development.
  
• Specifically what you want your work experience to comprise and achieve.
  
• How that specific experience will contribute to your development.
  
• Why you think BreakThru Films is a particularly appropriate company for your work experience.
  
• Specifically what you believe your work experience may contribute to BreakThru Films.

Any work experience applications not following these guidelines will not be considered.

We also ask you to be very specific about the dates and times for which you will be available, and to include two referees in your CV.
